Refund policy

LUXONE currently ships within Taiwan only. This policy will be updated as we expand to international shipping.

Orders in Taiwan — 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, you may return your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in resalable condition, with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging included.

How to Start a Return
All returns must be processed through our customer service.
Contact us at service@luxone.com.tw with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a courier to pick up the package at your address — no return label or self-shipping required.
Return shipping is covered by LUXONE.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@luxone.com.tw and we will make it right.

 

Exchanges
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at service@luxone.com.tw to arrange an exchange. For all other exchanges, please return your original order and place a new one once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

 

Warranty
Product warranty is covered separately under our Warranty terms and is not part of this return policy.
